Solutions 6 Holdings Ltd. reports that Britain's Panell Kerr Forster, (an accountant/business advisor firm) has purchased CMS OPEN practice management and time and billing software system.

CMS OPEN was created by CMS/Data Corp., which Solution 6 acquired in October 1999.

Panell Kerr Forster provides services in assurance and advisory, consulting, corporate finance, corporate recovery and insolvency and taxation.
