MSQ*Task Links Bridgeway, CSC

Bridgeway Software Inc. and CSC The United States Corporation Company have debuted the Multi-State Quals Task (MSQ*Task), an upgrade to Bridgeway's Secretariat that integrates with CSC's IncSpot Web site, to streamline corporate qualification filings. It allows users to instantly pass data into the IncSpot Web site, and offers a wizard-style format to guide users through the steps necessary to register and qualify a corporate entity in multiple jurisdictions.

PC Master

Master Data Center has released two PC Master Modules for patent and trademark record management. The Web Access Module lets users query the database via a Web browser, and view data in summary reports, docket reports, or in detail. It includes security options to restrict access.

The IP Forms Module can be used to automatically generate, populate and maintain IP forms from the PC Master system. A basic set of forms is included, and users can add to the forms inventory by downloading forms from the U.S. Patent and Trade Office Web site and other Internet pages. Data from PC Master can be automatically exported into the selected forms, or can be entered manually, says the company.
