Oslo's Tandberg Data ASA has agreed to merge its wholly owned subsidiary Tandberg Data Inc., of Simi Valley, Calif., with LAND-5 Corp., of San Diego. Tandberg Data Inc. will gain network attached data storage technology, including a family of NAS appliance products to be launched in Q2 2002.
