ALM Publishing has announced the publication of Internet and Online Privacy: A Legal and Business Guide, by Andrew Frackman, Claudia Ray and Rebecca Martin.
The new book is scheduled for release in May, and will be available at American Lawyer Media Inc.'s online catalog site, lawcatalog.com.
The book analyzes the current state of the law of online and Internet privacy in both the U.S. and Europe, as well as historical developments behind those laws. it examines enforcement activity by the Federal Trade Commission, new and proposed legislation, and more.

The 2002 edition of The Sourcebook of Local Court and County Record Retrievers is now available from BRB Publications Inc., of Tempe, Ariz.
It contains listings of more than 14,000 companies, indexed by counties, and includes phone numbers, addresses, area codes and Web addresses.

FindLaw Bookstore
Mountain View, Calif.'s FindLaw has established The International Bookstore at findlaw.com. The site contains more than 500 titles from 22 publishers who are part of The Thomson Corp., including Sweet & Maxwell Group, Carswell, and ELLIS publications.
Users can search by keyword, title, topic or publisher.
Findlaw also announced that it has partnered with YellowPages.Com to offer an online directory to connect lawyers and law firms with potential new clients.

CCH Inc., of Riverwoods, Ill., has announced plans to publish several new books and provide online services to assist practitioners understand the just-passed economic stimulus bill, the Job Creation and Worker Assistance Act of 2002. They include: 2002 Tax Legislation: Law, Explanation and Analysis, and two others that offer highlights of the Act and full text, it says.
Complete coverage of the legislation also is being provided to subscribers of the company's CCH Tax Internet Research NetWork, notes the company, as well as to subscribers to its print and CD-ROM services. Online tax legislation updates are also available at tax.cchgroup.com area via CCH Tax Briefings newsletters.
