Lawyer Locator to Go Online
Martindale-Hubbell has announced plans
to put its well-known directory on the Web.
MARTINDALE-Hubbell has announced plans to place its entire law directory on the new Martindale-Hubbell site on the World Wide Web. The Martindale Lawyer Locator will be the first major feature on the company's Web site. The locator will feature hypertext links to connect users from the Martindale-Hubbell listing for a law firm directly to that firm's individual Web site or home page on the Internet.
The Law Directory includes listings for more than 900,000 practicing lawyers and law firms worldwide. The New Providence, N.J., company reports that it now offers the only law directory available in four formats: hardbound print, CD-ROM, online via LEXIS-NEXIS, and now the Internet.
