THE TEXAS Administrative Code & Texas Register on LawDesk is a CD-ROM database that is updated monthly by Lawyers Cooperative Publishing of Rochester, N.Y.
In addition to the monthly updates, Texas lawyers can also get updates on the Texas Register on the Internet, said by the company to be the only source of the Texas Register on the Internet. Updates will be posted on the company's Web site every Tuesday and Thursday.
For attorneys who do not have the time to search the web site twice a week, LCP has developed the Texas Register Tracker. Lawyers can select a Texas Administrative Code title, section, or topic, and LCP will e-mail a list of each day's Texas Register documents that include the search term. Users can then check the items that interest them, and the full Texas Register documents will appear on their PC.
