COUNTERPOINT Publishing of Cambridge, Mass., has released CSE a form-based tool for searching the company's U.S. Federal Register on the World Wide Web. CSE allows lawyers to execute precise searches by filling out a form tailored to fit the database they are using, the company explains. The CSE uses page numbers in the daily and archival table of contents as hyperlinks to articles.
