LEXIS-NEXIS Launches Three News Offerings

ATTORNEYS have a new tool to help them keep track of developments affecting their clients or industries involving their clients. Three new products from LEXIS-NEXIS of Dayton, Ohio, can be delivered to a single user's desktop or to multiple users simultaneously.

LEXIS-NEXIS TRACKER scans thousands of publications daily, according to the publisher, and delivers relevant news for those topics designated by the lawyer. This allows attorneys to stay current on existing and prospective clients and their related industries, monitor the activities of their competitors, and keep up-to-date on litigation, the company adds. TRACKER is distributed on Lotus Notes, Microsoft mail, Novell GroupWise, and Lotus cc:Mail.

PubWatch allows lawyers to scan a publication's tables of contents and select only the articles they want to read. The selected articles are delivered in full text within minutes to the user's desktop computer, the company reports.
