BEST CASE Solutions has announced the release of Best Case Bankruptcy for Windows, the latest version of its bankruptcy filing software. The company reports that its software can reduce the time necessary to prepare court documents.
The software can do this, the company explains, by performing the repetitive tasks involved with bankruptcy practice--calculations, alphabetizing creditors, storing information in a permanent database, and printing typeset-quality forms; information entered once into data screens appears on all appropriate forms and schedules.
The typeset-quality forms created by the software then can be edited in WordPerfect for Windows or Microsoft Word for Windows operating under Windows 3.1 or Windows 95.
Best Case Solution's Custom Chapter 13 plans are available for all districts, says the company, and they are guaranteed to be accepted by local trustees.
