MICHIGAN LAWYERS now have available a Windows software program that assists with every step of filing Michigan Court Forms. The software, BLS FormMats, allows lawyers to find, and fill out a form on their computers and printout the required number of copies.
Finding and filling out a form, according to Boren Legal Software of Ann Arbor, Mich., takes between three and five minutes. Case caption information is entered once per case and is saved in a database from which it can be recalled with the click of a mouse.
BLS FormMats is a standalone database that does not require an outside word processing program or scanner to operate. The software is Windows based and, according to Boren, is fully compatible with Windows 95.
