TEXAS LAWYERS can now turn to a floppy disk program, No Problem Fast Forms, for help in creating legal documents without learning a new computer program, according to Lawyers Cooperative Publishing's Southwest Division of Dallas. The intuitive group of form libraries for Texas attorneys works through the lawyer's own word processing program, and uses CapSoft's HotDocs document assembly software program.
Attorneys, the publisher reports, simply click the Fast Forms icon on their screen and the software guides them the rest of the way by asking plain English questions. Once assembled, forms drop automatically into the lawyer's word processor.
The floppy disk includes four libraries: Texas Probate, including a probate overview and practice tips from James E. Brill; Texas Real Estate, including forms from the State Bar of Texas' Legal Form Manual for Real Estate Transactions; Texas Corporate, with forms from Stevenson's Legal Practice Forms 2d; and Texas Family Law, which includes Adoption and Name Change as the first release in a series of volumes on family law.
