West Releases Malpractice Disc
WEST GROUP has announced the release of Personal Injury PowerLink: Medical Malpractice, one of four newly released titles in its "a la carte" CD-ROM series, advises the Eagan, Minn.-based company.
The Malpractice disc includes the treatise, American Law of Medical Malpractice 3d, says West, offering resource material for case evaluation, client advice and strategies for plaintiffs' and defendants' cases.
Also included is Medical Malpractice: Checklists and Discovery, West notes. The series offers law and practice materials for personal injury cases, West says.

Cassiopeia E-10 Uses Windows CE 2.0 OS
LAWYERS love handheld computers, and the latest one trying to win your heart is Casio Inc.'s Cassiopeia E-10.
The new E-10 features Microsoft Windows CE 2.0 Palm PC operating system, reports Dover, N.J.-based Casio. It offers a large 240-by-320-dot backlit screen for easy viewing (even in the dark); CompactFlash-card slot; serial port and IrDA port; and built-in microphone and speaker, says Casio.
