Visionquest Systems has introduced its DocTools Suite, which consists of two Microsoft Word add-ins, Outliner and Polisher.

Outliner helps attorneys effectively use outlines, numbering and bullets in Word.

Polisher learns users' template formatting and assigns styles to formatted paragraphs in Word.

Captiva Software Corp. and SYSCOM Inc. have announced a partnership and marketing agreement.

SYSCOM will provide an interface between FormWare, Captiva's information capture software, and the IBM WorkFlow and Content Manager suite of products. The integration will incorporate FormWare's forms processing capabilities with IBM's content management products to provide a more complete document capture system for the IBM environment.

Captiva also announced that its president and C.E.O., Reynolds Bish, has been elected vice chair/chair-elect of AIIM International's board of directors. AIIM produces conferences.
