Franklin Electronic Publishers Inc. is expanding its library for its eBookMandevice, adding material from St. Martin's Press and The Wall Street Journal Online.

Franklin also partnered with Paris-based MobilPocket.com S.A., to offer more than 1,500 electronic titles from Vivendi Universal Publishing, and Taylor and Francis, among other publishers.

Also partnering: Hungry Minds Inc., to offer titles from CliffsNotes and Frommer's Travel Series; and Reciprocal Inc., to integrate Franklin's DRM technologies with its Reciprocal Digital Clearing Service and other tools.

Qvadis Corp. has also partnered with SkipWire to help users of Qvadis' Express Reader software read e-Books without memory limitations.
