Snap Shot: Trisha Schwartz VITALS: Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. Undergraduate: University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa.

CURRENT POST: Training coordinator, Fraser Stryker Law Firm, since 1994. I train all new and existing employees on Fraser Stryker's computer system, and I answer help desk support calls.

I also am the administrator of our phone and voicemail system.

THE FIRM: Fraser Stryker was founded in 1898, by three graduates of the University of Michigan Law School. Today, we have two locations: Omaha, Nebraska and Louisville, Colo.; with a total staff of 116, which includes 37 lawyers in Omaha and 17 in Colorado.

Our firm engages in litigation and commercial practice, with emphasis on commercial litigation; telecommunications; mergers and acquisitions; general corporate representation; environmental law; labor and employment; as well as business and real estate transactions.

PRO BONO: The firm's pro bono clients include the Omaha Zoological Society; the Mid-America Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the Omaha Community Playhouse, and others.

HAIL TO THE CHIEFS: Partner Wayne Mark is president of the Omaha Bar Association and partner Rex Rezac is president of the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association. Partner Stephen Olson is president of the Nebraska Humane Society Foundation and presides over the Omaha Community Playhouse Foundation.

OFFICE TECHNOLOGY: We use Dell computers, and Hewlett-Packard for most of our printers.

We use Windows 98, and we have a local area network.

We use both Microsoft Word and Corel's WordPerfect for word processing, along with PC DOCS.

Microsoft Outlook is our e-mail / calendar / contact program.

We are planning to upgrade to Windows 2000 and Office 2000 at the end of 2001.

CARS: Pontiac Grand Am GT. Jeep Cherokee Classic.

LAST BOOK READ: John Grisham, The Client.

WHERE WOULD WE FIND YOU ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON? Hanging out with my husband. If it's a nice day, we're definitely outside.

APPOINTMENT I NEVER MISS: Doctors appointments. It's too hard to get them to reschedule!
