Elite Information Systems Inc. announces:

* The German firm CMS Hasche Sigle has signed contracts with Elite to implement its practice management system.

The firm has chosen Elite's Web-based products, Elite WebView and Elite WorkFlow, which allow fee-earners to access their information wherever they are working.

* U.K.-based Sacker & Partners has signed a contract to implement Elite's practice management system, citing increased desktop functionality and mobile access to fee earner information as priorities.

Axxia Systems Ltd. announces:

* Coventry-based Sarginsons Hughes & Masser has chosen Axxia's Case Manager to support the firm's conveyancing capability, independent of its practice management system. Sarginsons says it hopes to enhance client service through greater efficiency, speedier communication and added value.

* Griffith Smith Solicitors is investing £150,000 in I.T. upgrades, and Axxia will provide both infrastructure and software systems across the practice's five U.K. offices.

Axxia Desktop, with electronic time recording and enquiry modules, will be rolled out to all 64 staff. Some will be equipped with billing and auto billing features.

The project will also include a new thin-client networking infrastructure, designed to bring facilitate integration and connectivity, for the multi-site practice, says Axxia.
