EnterNet Inc. has signed a preliminary agreement with iCyberdata Inc., to purchase, over the coming months, all rights, title and interest in and to the iCyberdata Inc. name, and its suite of nine court case management systems for specialty courts.

The Court Manager Suite provides Internet application service provider administration to drug and other specialty courts, report the two companies.
