SATURDAY MORNING: "At one or more of my daughters' soccer games."

MOST IMPORTANT TECH TREND: "Moving litigation support from the back office right to your desktop. Making data more accessible, to both young and senior lawyers, at the desktop."

TECH ACCOMPLISHMENT: "Vigorously pursuing the use of technology in all of my cases, from discovery, through trial or appeal. I use CaseMap and JFS Litigator's Notebook, as well as full color, multimedia PowerPoint."

WANTS TO USE: Voice recognition/dictation. I have Dragon, and am using it to a limited extent. It's a technology I'd like to use more.
