Wolters Kluwer North America has announced the acquisition of Intercounty Clearance Corp. a public records service provider that primarily serves the northeast U.S.
It will become a part of the company's CCH Legal Information Service, based in New York.
Terms of the sale were not released.
ICC provides U.C.C. and corporate document services to law firms, lenders and financial institutions.

Stenograph L.L.C., which offers court reporting technology, has acquired Speche Communications, which provides real time streaming technology. The acquisition of Speche's core product, eScription, compliments Stenograph's portfolio of realtime writing machines and software, reports the Mount Prospect, Ill., company.
The eScription product utilizes the output from a realtime writing application such as captioning or Communications Access Realtime Translation (CART) reporting -- to provide instantaneous viewing of text online, explains the company.

Solution 6 Gets . . .
Solution 6 Holdings Ltd. has announced the acquisition of Keystone Solutions. Keystone's London-based chief executive, Graeme Frost, will become managing director of Solution 6 for Asia Pacific, according to Solution 6 C.E.O Neil Gamble.
Kaye Sycamore, Keystone's Australia and New Zealand managing director, will take up the new international role of president, global solutions, and will responsible for product and marketing strategy across the Solution 6 group, he said.
