Jennifer McCommons, application support manager of Computer Service Partners, in Cary, N.C., asks:

I am trying to find software I can recommend to one of my firms. They currently are using TABS, and are unhappy with the product.

About 98 percent of what they need is trust accounting. Most of their cases are paid on a contingency basis, so they don't really need to track time or billing. They are using Needles for case management and would like to integrate this with the accounting package. I know, I know. I might as well ask for the moon and sun. One suggestion I got was Orion, but I am not familiar with its capabilities.
