PrintLog Manager 4.5 is a server-based application that tracks the use of digital devices. It simplifies cost allocation by categorizing each transaction, says Equitrac Corp.

It includes a validation pop-up window that allows users to associate print jobs with specific account codes; and assignable speed buttons allow users the option of allocating the cost of printing with a single click.

PageCounter Professional, also from Equitrac Corp., is a cost recovery terminal for collecting copy, fax and disbusement data pertaining to client billing. It includes TCP/IP support for easy integration into existing networks, an enhanced graphical user interface, and a large color display.

The system offers real-time communications capabilities, online help, and remote diagnostic support. Up to two fax machines and a copier or postage meter can be used with just one control terminal.

NETBridge Terminal, from The Infortext Group, provides cost recovery transaction information from satellite offices, allowing it to be integrated with the headquarters offices using a wide area network. It acts as a bridge between local RS-422 networks that support copier and fax access control terminals at satellite offices, and the firm's host site cost recovery system. It can also communicate with remote SMDR, says the company.
