San Jose, Calif.-based Adobe Systems Inc. has agreed to acquire publicly-held Accelio Corp. of Ottawa, Canada. The acquisition helps Adobe broaden its ePaper business by combining Accelio's electronic form wares with Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Portable Document Format technologies, it says.
