BlumbergExcelsior, of New York City, has released Blankrupter 2.7, the latest version of its Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankrtupcy program. It is available as both a single case Web application, and as an unlimited use disc program. Users can now print directly to .pdf format. The upgrade includes recently revised forms, including the Voluntary Petition and Statement of Financial Affairs.
