FileNET Corp., of Costa Mesa, Calif., has introduced Acenza Payables 2.0, a Web-based content management application that streamlines the accounts payables approval process.
Invoices presented in paper, fax, electronic or Web form are captured electronically, filed securely, and routed for data entry and approval automatically. The software's Web browser interface allows status checks and payment approvals to be shared across a company, and with external parties.
