West Group Offers Corporate Data Site
Eagan, Minn.'s West Group has launched its Company Information page, at www.westlaw.com. It offers company information from newspaper articles, public records, business reports and more, arranged in logical groupings of related databases. The databases include company overviews, directories, corporate family trees, registered agent and public filings, key people, products and brands, news, information and more.
West has also teamed with the American Bar Association to enhance its online continuing legal education programs. They will now offer increased access to ABA CLE materials via West LegalEdcenter, at www.westlegaledcenter.com.

LawCommerce Accord
San Francisco's LawCommerce and Dayton's LexisNexis Group report that they have jointly created an expanded e-marketplace tailored for the legal profession, offering products, services, and information sources. It will be available on the LexisNexis and Martindale Hubbell Web sites. American Lawyer Media Inc., the publisher of LTN, has a small equity interest in LawCommerce.

Mountain View, Calif.'s FindLaw has debuted the FindLaw Corporate Counsel Center, a resource for news and commentary, business intelligence and other tools to help attorneys in corporate legal departments find information and outside counsel.

Utah CLE
Gilbert, Ariz.'s LegalSpan Inc. and the Utah State Bar, located in Salt Lake City, have developed a new Catalog of Online Seminars that compiles offerings from other continuing legal education providers from around the country whose online programs match the Bar's standards for excellence and quality.
The CLE catalog will initially contain about 30 hours of content to which more will be added on an ongoing basis, throughout the year, the two organizations explain.

It provides listings for 2,243 state courts, 226 federal courts, 5,333 clerks, and other court information. Users have access to top court clerks and members of the judiciary, names, titles, street addresses, phone and fax numbers, Internet sites, e-mail addresses and more.
