The complete CCH Securities Library has been added to the Westlaw database. Two-Step Software has released Corporate Focus 3.0, an upgrade to its stockholder tracking system designed for corporate attorneys. It features more user-defined fields to allow law firms to create reports designed specifically for their needs.
