I-DEP L.L.C., based in Chicago, and San Francisco's CaseCentral Inc.have created a sales and market alliance to market each others' services, the two companues report. I-DEP provides tools allowing attorneys to conduct depositions remotely. They now will be able to manage, review and organize depositions and case information using CaseCentral's Web-based document management and case collaboration system.
