Baker & McKenzie has selected NextPage Inc.'s Content Network platform to connect its 61 offices and select clients. The NextPage NXT 3 e-Content Platform will enable the nearly 2,800 Baker & McKenzie attorneys and clients around the world to manage, access and exchange business information in real time. It provides continuous electronic links and connects separate content servers, allowing users to simultaneously access Internet sites, databases, Intranets and document repositories as if the data existed in a single location.

Ernst & Young L.L.P. has chosen Global Securities Information to provide online business transaction information via GSI's LIVEDGAR research platform, which contains databases of mergers and acquisitions, "D.E.A.L.S.," "144A" filings and foreign filings. More than 4 million Securities and Exchange Commission documents will be available to Ernst & Young researchers.
