October: West Group's Loren Jones' e-mail address was incorrect at page 18. The correct address is loren.jones@westgroup.com. We misspelled Perfect Access Speer at page 6. At page 8, Ross Kodner incorrectly stated that LexisNexis had acquired Plumtree Technologies. (Lexis markets Plumtree's portal software.)
