Aelita Exchange Migration Wizard, from Aelite Software Corp, manages the transition from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000. This method of migration is transparent to users, frees administrators from manually moving data, and keeps the migration from halting operations.

WebEDM, from EComApp Inc., delivers direct mail across the Web. Users can send personalized, graphics-based e-mails, to thousands of recipients in the user's own database.

User-defined URLs can be embedded in the mailings so that recipients can access links without leaving the mail, says the company.

The WebEDM Response Tracker tracks the effectiveness of a mailing.
