CSE Resources Inc., based in Troy, N.Y., says its software is being used in three California counties to speed distribution of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families child support funds. Voelker's CompCalc99 has been upgraded, reports James M. Voelker, of Peoria, Ill. The workers' compensation software now allows users to export results to word processors, Internet browsers and printers. The software (version 1999.32.2) helps lawyers perform many of the tedious math calculations necessary to file claims, such as determining the proper wage rates, says Voelker.

Blumberg's Law Products has released Commencing a New York State Real Property Tax Certiorari Proceeding, third edition, by N. Theodore Sommer and Lisa Tagliaferri.
The practice manual includes sample forms and a forms disk, and covers the revised 1997 rules and forms for New York City, and counties outside of New York City, says Blumberg Excelsior. The book also contains revised forms for 1998, it notes.

The set is produced by the company's Matthew Bender & Co. Inc. unit, based in New York.
The new product provides annotated state code services, including coverage of all the Consolidated Laws oif New York; the Constitutions of New York and the U.S. It also includes selected unconsolidated laws, as well as major court acts and rules, says the company.
