Westlaw Datenbank &

Westlaw Datenbank GmbH, a German subsidiary of Thomson Legal & Regulatory Europe, has signed a licensing agreement with German legal publisher Deutscher Fachverlag GmbH. Under the agreement, Westlaw DE, now in development, will offer access to Deutscher Fachverlag's Wettbewerb in Recht und Praxis, a publication that includes essays, commentaries, reports, court rules and more.

Tacit Knowledge Systems Inc. has partnered with the technology consulting firm Baker Robbins & Co. to combine Tacit ESP software and Baker Robbins' experience in law firm practice, culture, systems and infrastructure.
