The Borenstein Group Inc. has enhanced its Internet-accessible patent resource service, ipOrganizer, by upgrading its online U.S. intellectual property information database.
Offered tools include patent searching with full-text, class/subclass, keyword, or patent number searching options. Users can save and organize the patents they find and the search criteria used, in a "personal patent workspace."

Contact and Case Relationship Management System 1.1 manages clients, contacts, cases, to-do's, calendar items and documents.
Users can create tables, fields, and data entry views, as well as design their own screen views.
Support for Microsoft Outlook accepts drag-and-drop of incoming e-mail into the system, and allows e-mail authoring within the application.
Outlook's appointment calendar can also be updated from the system.

SwetsWise, from Swets Blackwell, is a Web-based subscription service that accesses Swets Blackwell's online catalog of electronic journals via the Internet or through clients' existing e-procurement systems. It provides subscription management tools with features for online ordering, renewing, canceling, claims and other approval functions.
