CCH Inc. has announced enhancements to its Web site www.tax.cch.com. Visitors now have free access to Internal Revenue Code and regulations, including an advanced search option that retrieves documents by citation, and several tax calculators. The site also offers wireless mobile access.

Users click a new "ServiceLink" toolbar button in ProBATE's estate and trust programs to launch iKE Messenger, and its live support feature. Chat sessions can be saved and searched by date, recipient, sender, or by text.

The Borenstein Group Inc. has enhanced its Internet-accessible patent resource service, ipOrganizer, by upgrading its online U.S. intellectual property information database.

Offered tools include patent searching with full-text, class/subclass, keyword, or patent number searching options. Users can save and organize the patents they find and the search criteria used, in a "personal patent workspace."

Contact and Case Relationship Management System 1.1 manages clients, contacts, cases, to-do's, calendar items and documents.

Users can create tables, fields, and data entry views, as well as design their own screen views.

Support for Microsoft Outlook accepts drag-and-drop of incoming e-mail into the system, and allows e-mail authoring within the application.

Outlook's appointment calendar can also be updated from the system.

SwetsWise, from Swets Blackwell, is a Web-based subscription service that accesses Swets Blackwell's online catalog of electronic journals via the Internet or through clients' existing e-procurement systems. It provides subscription management tools with features for online ordering, renewing, canceling, claims and other approval functions.

The service includes back-end support and customer service.

Sonic Solutions "No Noise" audio clarification service from Forensic Video Inc. sharpens audio recordings including wiretaps and intercepted cell phone conversations.
